In this lesson, you’ll learn how to manage your email privacy rules in BuzzStream to ensure that internal or sensitive communications don’t get added to BuzzStream.

First, click on the gear in the upper righthand corner and select Settings. From the left hand menu, select Email Privacy Rules. Here you can enter domains or email addresses that you don’t want tracked by clicking Add Rule, selecting either domain or email address, then listing the domains and email addresses and clicking Create Rules.
