In this lesson, you’ll learn how to create tasks to make it easier to keep yourself on track and collaborate with your team efficiently.
Let’s say I received out of office notifications from these contacts, and I want to remind myself to follow-up with them in a week. I can select Edit and Add Task.
I’ll name my task, then write a description, set a due date, and assign it to the right person on my team. In that case, it would be me.
Then, when it’s time for me to follow-up, I’ll receive a notification in the top righthand corner.
If I’d like to see all my tasks and get an overview of how to structure my day, I can head over to the Dashboard tab, then look to the Task List in the upper right hand corner. Here, I can filter my tasks, create a new one, mark tasks as completed, or delete them.
